Not too long after having new front brake rotors and pads installed, our 2001 Honda CRV started vibrating again when the brakes were applied.
Made an appointment with Laura@ East Mesa Auto repair and brought our CRV in this morning to be checked out. Several hours later, Troy, (he dropped me off at home in their comfortable Ford Transit Courtesy Shuttle) swung by to pick me up. He handed me his invoice like he always does and there was a BIG FAT $0.00 owing! I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to East Mesa Auto Repair (special gratitude to you, Laura!) for standing by their work or in this case, a manufacturer's defect and not charging me a dime.
