I had such high hopes for this clinic, because they got me in quickly when I first called and arranged subsequent appointments promptly as well. I also didn't have long wait times like other places. Unfortunately, when I finally had a diagnosis, they said they would refer me to another doctor and it has been 8 weeks with no follow up. I've left 3 messages at Citrus and no one has even bothered to return my calls. I'm beginning to feel like they only care about the things they can bill for, and I'm guessing the government doesn't pay them for phone calls.
Overall - fine if you've got a cold or need a quick prescription, but maybe go somewhere else if there's a chance you've got something serious and you want a clinic with staff who care to follow through.
