I should have known when I realized the receptionist was also the dentist. She only needed to recement a crown and since she was considered a preferred provider her documentation states that I only needed pay my deductible of $50. She managed to spill water all down my front full blast and tore my lips with dental floss on both sides of my mouth. Then I went to pay and gave her my credit card and she not only charged the entire amount, but more than she was contracted to charge per my insurance. She refused to credit my money back to my card. So after an entire month of her office being closed most of the time and her not returning my calls, I finally got my money back. Why does an honest customer have to deal with dishonest professionals like this? She should not be in business, she should not be taking money from anybody. I'm very curious if her husband's office follows the same practices?
