I experienced the worst service ever with this company. The young lady working at the register who happens to be the new owner was not very welcoming. She ignored my needs and was not helpful. I asked her several times to see multiple bundles of hair so I could try to choose the darkest in the bunch. She continued to tell me that they are all the same and did not allow me to choose the hair that I wanted. The previous owner use to allow me to pick which bundle I wanted, it has never been an issue in the past. To add insult to injury the card machine was not working. She told me that I needed to go across the street to get cash out of the ATM. I am not pleased with the service. I put a complaint on the company's Instagram page and asked if somebody could contact me about this matter however, they deleted my message without even trying to contact me nor message me. This company is very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone.
