Took my dog here because he was limping from chewing his 1 paw too much? Very strong & healthy boy. Receptionist was rude. Vet tech pinned my babys head to the floor, I said he never bites, u let go & I'll hold his collar, not his face!
Vet was not kind & not helpful at all. My baby loves our normal vet (was closed) but wouldn't come near this guy!
He ate & pooped dinner fine right before our 5pm closing visit. Came back sick as hell!!! Had the runs & puked all night! What did they stick him with when they took his temperature???
Called to compalin today & they want to charge another $40 for another visit!?!?!
They said nothing is wrong??? They tried to charge me for microchip? I said hes chipped! They tried to charge me shots? I said he just got all shots last month! They tried to sell some kind of plan? They tried to charge me for steroids but they said "nothing is wrong"???
It was a MISERABLE experience from start to finish with the entire staff! Shouldnt work with animals if u cant show compassion!
Heading to our vet today to see why hes suddenly SO sick from yesterday's visit since they won't help me!
