Outstanding customer service from Tom!!! We called and asked if he had something for my nebulizer, and then decided to take the drive. Walked in and I don't know how he knew it was us, but he did. We never said anything about coming to the store. I watched how he was treating the other customers and how engaged he was. Very personable and patient. I haven't experienced great customer service in quite sometime. He was such a pleasure!! I will be making the long trip just to go to that store!! Give that man a raise
