I once dealt with Andy over the phone as he saved me time and money by explaining the repair mistake I made and how to fix It... FOR FREE. So I always knew I would use him when time came. Our 5 year old LG front loader was leaking water. Not always.... And from where I had no idea. Well they came on time and for $75. Not a bad price to see if the machine was worth or could be fixed. The service guy asked a lot of interesting questions. Then he did one brilliant thing. He tried a cycle before he ripped things further apart. (he had the top cover off.) When I heard him yell out I knew he hit pay dirt. Come to find out the outgoing drain pipe was cracked.... Not the machine. I had tried for 3 weeks to figure it. So did he actually fix anything. Nope. But he told me how easy it would be, where to get the parts, extra steps to take and basically didn't lie or cheat or screw me out of more money..... Hard to find these days. So yes I will use them again and again if I must. They are a grea find. Please pass it along!
