This place hit the spot. Walking around day in the heat drummed up quite an appetite and Holstains delivered. Had the Mexican Car Bombs to start and the Gold Standard burger for the entree. Car Bombs were cooked perfectly and had a heat that snuck up on me. Great way to start. The Gold Standard was a deluge of flavors, from the dry aged beef, the smoked bacon and the arugula & gouda topping. God damn that shit was good! Anyway, come to Holsteins for a solid burger.
