The Sunny Plumber sent someone out 40 minutes after their quoted time and he spent all of about two minutes in the house without having looked at anything before he quoted me $500. Without having left my living room he then quoted closer to $3300. That's an awfully big jump for not using any tools at any point during his visit. He then said, "What do you feel more comfortable at? We will call for special financing?" I feel more comfortable calling someone who isn't blatantly scamming me and you should too! Just this experience with no written quote or actual examination cost $50. Call anyone else!
