Jeff and Doug are awesome they went above and beyond I had negative equity in my car and we were able to come to an agreement and I love my car.... the only thing is during the agreement (management) continued to give me different numbers and tell me what I needed to pay in addition to my financing... the numbers continued to change they told me I needed 4100 and then it turned into 5100... we finally met in the middle and I was told to come back and get it detailed... they promised the earlier I came in the quicker my car would be detailed ...we agreed on 9 am and I was there ON TIME after 2.5 hours of waiting for my car to be cleaned it was "ready" I inspect in and NOTHING WAS CLEANED INSIDE sand from the previous owner , stains still in the back seat and nothing was even vacuumed!!! I called Patrick over ( very sweet by the way) and he agreed that it was half ass!!! I now have to come back to have it detailed the right way..... more time out of my hectic schedule..... Now I can only wonder if it's because I'm a female or because I'm black, or even BOTH!!! Because you know African Americans don't buy subaru's. Horrible experience .... teach your sales team how to calculate numbers because all the back and forth seems quite unnecessary.... Patrick offered a free oil change for my inconvenience which is cool but I can never get the time back ..... I asked if I could be compensated for the detail, so I could have someone else work on it and that was denied worse experience EVER!!!
