BEWARE OF THE RUDENESS. I came here with my boyfriend before heading to the airport. We were surprised at the line that already started around 9 a.m. but we decided to wait in line. There were 15 other people ahead of us and there was no standing room inside so we had to wait outside with our luggage. Thankfully, the weather wasn't dreadful at that time of morning yet. My boyfriend stepped inside to use the restroom and I continued to wait outside. I heard his name being called and it took me LESS than 30 seconds to get inside with the two luggage. I approached the host table and the host was no where to be found. I waited there for about 7-8 minutes and when he came back, I told him my boyfriend's name and he said, yea I called his name already. And just like that he dismissed me and didn't give me anymore information. When I tried to ask him what can we do about it, since he already scratched out his name, he ignored me and carried on sitting other groups down the list. When my boyfriend came out, he had to talk to a manager for us to get seated. I was already furious at that point but hoped the food outweighed the service. Unfortunately, the shrimp fried rice I ordered was dreadful! I wish I would of read the reviews before ordering it. Had the host attempted to resolve the matter in a professional and respectful way, I would of considered trying out this place again but I would not come back here after that experience.
