So, the last time I checked, the customer was at least most likely to be right. Here, the customer has no chance to be right. I happened to complain to the pit Boss. His name is Sal, about an incident I had with one of his cocktail waitresses. The problem I had was when Netty (Nerry?) told other customers that I did not tip enough. She had told them in Spanish. Unfortunately, I speak a little spanish and on top of that, I spoke to the other customers and confirmed her actions. Netty (Nerry?) was so rude to me and i would not normally complain ....but because she completely embarrassed me and my friends I felt compelled to complain to someone. I was told by many other employees that this would not be taken into any consideration because Sal is having an affair Netty (Nerry?). I gamble a lot at this casino and spend a lot of money on table games and restaurants. So when I did complain to Sal, I felt comfortable he would take care of the situation, as he promised. Suddenly, several hours later, as I am still gambling, I am told by security that I am no longer welcome at ellis Island. Even the security officer that knows me was confused and shocked. I asked him to tell me why I am 86ed. He could not. Only stating they needed a cooling off period of 3-6 months. I am still confused why? So tonight.....4 months later, I was greeted by security with a welcome and continued to have pizza at metro and never left the restaurant except to go to the bathroom. I was then greeted outside the bathroom by the same security that had welcomed me and was told to leave......again. I still do not know why i have been singled out and abused. This casino is a joke. One cocktail waitress controls the whole place. Many employees are so afraid of losing their pathetic jobs and or repercussions from Sal because he is having a relationship with Netty (Nerry?). This is wrong. This place does not care about locals.
