Saturday night, arrive at 6:30. 1.5-2 hour wait. Ok no big deal. An hour and forty five minutes later we were seated outside in an "enclosed" patio area. I say enclosed because the zippers that sealed the panels were not secured and allowed ample amounts of the 38 degree wind to blow through.
Not only did we wait nearly two hours to eat in the cold breeze but we repeatedly had trash cans and carts pushed/pulled inches past our table on its way to the dumpster which we were conveniently located next to.
Could go on and on about the poor management and empty tables that could have had guests seated but didn't. There are far too many college dropout hipsters running the restaurant and not enough people with restaurant knowledge or experience.
