Worst company ever! Does not stand beside their product. I have one of those charm bracelets and two glass ones fell apart. Attended at store and was advised I needed the receipt (even though its clearly their product). I went home found 28 receipts for charms, returned to store and the receipt for one bead isn't in the stack. I explained that clearly I shop here, I spend a lot of money and its clearly your product and I do not keep every single receipt for items that I purchase. For a store competing in the same mall with Pandora and Swarovski you would think they would have better customer service.
