I can't express how disappointed I am with the service I received. I went yesterday because i had a headlight out, and my brake lights where out. The manager came out to my car to determine what all I needed to get it fixed. He had me turn my car on, hit the brakes, and let me know I needed a total of 3 lights. Worried about the cost of everything, I said, "how much is this going to cost? Are you thinking like $200?!"....he laughed, looked my parts up on line, and let me know it would only be about $65! ..... awesome! I was so relieved! I dropped my car off that night, because they had to order the parts to be delivered today and promised it would be done. The manager made sure to write my contact information down before I left because the #they originally had was at my parents house. ...no call. ..my mother called me this afternoon to let me know they called their house saying my car was done. I went to bill Abbott to pick my car up and was completely shocked when I was told my total was $175!!! Turns out it was determined I needed 3 extra bulbs, (never called to tell me/ask me if that wS ok) oh and it was $102 for labor work....it took less than 1 hour to do! When I questioned the man about the cost, he said, "I was told as long as it was under $200, go ahead and do it.....sorry about the miscommunication!" Never again will we use bill Abbott's for ANYTHING! I wish I could put a zero rating!
