Let me start with the price for the service got - it was an absolutely fair price. Everything was explained step-by-step, what needs to be done first and what can wait for later repair. No "pushing" additional services on me.
And on the top of all that they sponsor one of our local baseball teams.
Going to return to use their service in the future.
Update (serviced my mom's car at Thunderbird): and yet again they did a great job explaining what's what. They are doing great job to take care of the customer, I guess yI u can still get a great value from local businesses around here. And people at Thunderbird are doing good job
