This place is AWESOME! It was my first time trying an escape game. We came to visit friends and family in the Phoenix area and our friends suggested to try it out. It was our first time. First off, the staff is wonderful. They are very helpful with questions, friendly, and enthusiastic! Service is an A+. Second, The room are well design and looks legit. Great worksmanship and effort has gone into the room and puzzles. Initially we was going to try the zombie room because of the great reviews and many suggested, but it was booked. We booked the terminal escape room instead and boy we were not disappointed. Don't worry, I wont spoil anything. Puzzles and clues are well thought out and pretty cleaver. This isn't going to be a cake walk. It's pretty tough and you get 1 hour to solve the mystery. Quality of the room and game is an A+! The only downside, It makes you want to try more escape room! lol Overall, our experience was fantastic! Great staff, great escape room game, and a great time! We will be back to try!
