Mushy and lacking flavour is how I would describe a warm Clafouti croissant that just came out of the back. Even just a tinge of that sort of yucky flavour of the typical grocery store croissants. I have to give a two to balance off all those other reviews extolling the virtues of these croissants. I have to admit once the croissants are cooled off they would be quite nice as a sandwich croissant. Coffee's pretty good.
