Beware of what you ask for . They are rude and just make rules according to what they feel they should . They allow some people to change schemes of houses , but don't allow others . According to our original association , all houses has to be similar in style and follow a color scheme. They disallowed mine which was very close to my original beige and white scheme and they sent me a notice saying That wasn't allowed and told me I had to change to a color scheme of grey and white . They allowed a pink house and a house who put brick on his whole house which made it entirely different from the rest of the neighborhood . They also allowed a house with a blue trim which isn't in any of the color schemes ,but was allowed because I found out they were on the board. I complained about this and they gave me different excuses as to why they allowed it . I did notice the house with the blue trim was changed after I complained a few weeks later . I beg for anyone to go to my complex and find the houses with a beautiful front yard. I would bet anyone that mine would be picked either 1st or 2nd They don't like when people question their authority . They have bullied another couple as well . The are a disgraceful company and I hope they get voted out soon.
