What's the point of appointments if you don't keep them? If someone is paying you $400 for your 20 minutes of time, the least you could do is BE ON TIME. I understand things go a little late, but after reading other reviews it seems to be a trend. The other patients in the lobby had been there almost three hours. I requested a refund and left after close to 2 hours of waiting. I will happily give my money to a different clinic that respects people's time and money.
