I scheduled my state inspection online for 10 am Saturday thinking I could get it done early and not waste an entire day. Over 3 hours later I was still sitting there waiting, with them claiming inspections take a couple hours. I've had my car for 4 years now and usually take it to my car dealer, but since I moved to the city I decided to go somewhere close. My car dealer's inspection lasted about 40 minutes at the absolute most. 3 hours is unacceptable and I will not be going back there.
I also sat and waited and saw how many people came in and asked for inspections and they were immediately assisted. Why even make an appointment at that rate if they'll help everyone that walks in before you? Ugh.
