After some water damage we needed to have some damaged pad replaced and the carpet re-tacked. Hector was very responsive and the price was very reasonable. We also had the carpets cleaned the same day. The work for both was amazing, he ensured we were aware of every step in the process and that we were happy with the work. I cannot be happier with the result and the customer service! Whether I need future repairs or cleanings, I will use them again without question.
