1) They are rough on vehicles. And broke the right front strut mount on my vehicle by using excessive force with the chain they used to secure my vehicle for towing. It left a deep gash in the frame. 2) They dropped off my vehicle at the dealership without notification and left the keys in the vehicle without telling customer service. 3) They took my money without providing change. Service cost only $6 based insurance. They took $20. I called the office 4x. They took my information 4x. They did not return my calls. And the office manager used the excuse that family health issues. Not indefinitely they don't. Classless operation.
