Kurt and staff are amazing with their level of service and attention. I received a quote from another repair shop (on the recommendation of a colleague) and it did not look correct. Kurt diagnosed it correctly, repaired it right and also found other flaws that would have left me stranded in a very remote part of the state as I was trying to leave town on a hunting trip. They stayed very late that night making sure I was able to leave on my trip the next day and was also flexible on the payment for the repairs. One of the parts that got installed was factory defective and the next day Kurt and mechanic drove to Flagstaff to replace it at NO additional cost so I could continue on my trip. That is customer service and the reason why I will take my vehicles no where else for repairs and service!
