Sands Chevrolet, home of the 3 1/2 hour-long oil change (even with an appointment)! Not to mention that they advertise an oil change for $8.88, and yet even though I supplied the oil and the filter I was charged extra for service and parts...Hmmm what was the $8.88 for then??? Also, my head light was out and I had just picked up the bulbs from Auto Zone and asked what they would charge to put them in, thinking if it saved me a few minutes why not right. They called me and quoted me (not including the parts) $58.00 each blub to put them in for a total of $116.00 (If you have ever replaced a bulb, you know it doesn't take more than 10 minutes each). I should have known better, since the last time I went there, they quoted me a repair for a window regulator, and at check out I was charged more than $100 additional than I was quoted. Stay away from this rip of place.
Oh, and the staff for the most part are totally clueless and unprofessional.
