I came in on cyber Monday to buy my grandpa an iPhone 7 as an upgrade from his Droid 7. I was helped by RJ and his service was outstanding! I don't have verizon, but he was helpful nonetheless with the sale and walk through. I asked a million questions and he was patient and informative. He made me feel very confident about the purchase and warranty. I came in again today to do the data transfer and phone trade in and luckily he was there. He remembered me and ensured he was the associate helping me and my grandpa . He didn't just do everything without sharing what he was doing and why he was doing everything . He spoke in a respectful yet understanding way for my grandpa to understand . Made sure all data was properly transferred and even after everything was done, he offered to stay and explain the phone to him for me. Although I was able to do the explanation, he was so willing to go above and beyond and ensure we had the best service possible. If you go to this location ask for RJ. He's the best!
