I honestly don't understand the bad reviews on here over "phone calls" to schedule appointments. I thought the young lady who scheduled my appointment for January was very sweet and professional. I had to be placed on hold, but guess what...EVERYONE gets placed on hold...thats no reason for people to leave a bad review. Don't let reviews scare you, I can't wait for my first visit as from what I've read about the Drs they seem nice, funny, and laid back.
