Pros:
The Store Manager is very polite and helpful.
The store is very clean.
Most of the staff is friendly. (See cons).
Cons:
I find them to be more expensive than Fry's or Safeway for the things I shop for.
Their cake decorator. Specifically the one working on 4.9.11 in the early afternoon. I have never been spoken to in such a rude tone or treated this badly by someone on the other side of the counter. On the 3 occasions I tried to speak with her she either snapped at me to make it quick because she was on her lunch break OR rolled her eyes at her coworker OR walked off in a huff. I still had questions so I left my order information with the nicer, yet clueless on cakes, lady in the bakery. It took someone a week to call me back. Needless to say I had made alternate arrangements. Oh and a bright idea, if you are on your break stay in your break room, leave the store, or put on something to hide the fact that you work there. Don't prance around in the store and NOT expect a customer to ask you questions!
