Did you know you could could call this store and see if a specific item is in stock? And they will deliver it to you for free?! Me neither! I just found this vital piece of information out today while shopping online at the Nordstrom's website.
I live in Edmonton and was about to order a pair of shoes online. I thought it couldn't hurt to call the Calgary store first to see if the item was in stock and I thought if there was enough, I could make a trip down next weekend.
To my surprise, the item was not only in stock in my size in all three colors, but the attendant on the phone said she could mail them out to me at no cost once she got my payment and shipping details over the phone.I can't wait for the two pairs of sandals to arrive (i couldn't resist purchasing them in both colors!)
As an added bonus, I still get my Nordstrum Debut rewards from ordering through the store versus the website =)
