Perhaps it was just one of those fluke occurrences - if not, wow, this location needs to get its act in order!!
Easy access from airport, easy to find amidst the bustle of the sprawling terminal, signs clearly posted, the Hertz #1 Gold board easy to find and updated regularly.
Easy exit to freeways from the parking lo which is always a good thing - some terminal based lots trap you in the terminal maze forever till you figure it out.
The car I got was great - immaculately clean and with everything requested.
Bad paperwork - the tags on the car did not match the ones on the rental agreement because someone had keyed it in wrong... security guard caught it which was good! However, it took forever to fix this simple error, 45 minutes!!!!
Excellent staff - nothing to complain here but Hertz's process apparently causes a huge amount of rework when something like this happens which is a real shame!
Easy return process, professional, friendly staff all around.
Overall, staff 4 stars but for having cost me 45 minutes after a 5 hour flight when I should have been out of there in 5 makes me deduct a star
