Picked up the bill and there were two charges that I questioned. A $3.00 charge for an upgraded car wash, that I told TWO employees that I did not want. The second was for $5.00. The service manager told me that this charge was for a cartridge oil filter and that the person writing my original ticket should have told me about. Jackson just lost a customer that they could have have for life!
