One employee in line ahead of me. One cashier working. The employee in line had to tell the cashier how to help her with her returns and the whole thing took 10 minutes. Ridiculousness. I mention to the cashier that it took a long time for her to help her co-worker and she half apologized that they were short staffed. No one else came to help cashier and no one was called to help. I felt that the priority is not the customer in line making a purchase but it is the employee......not sure I will return.
