Nothing positive to say. Came door to door and sold me a list of lies. Their "powerful, but pet and kid friendly" product didn't work at all. Within days of service we saw more insects and pests than before. When we called to have them come out to remedy the situation I was told that we could expect to see more activity because we were killing their food. Would have made sense if I didn't have to do that 4 times. I called every time our home was serviced to complain and ask them to come back only 1 or 2 weeks later. As a mother with an infant, seeing multiple live scorpions in my house was pretty upsetting.
Unsatisfied with their product I called to cancel their service. They told me that in order to cancel I needed to pay 179.00. 180 for a service that I wasn't going to receive and that didn't work. I refused. After multiple calls from both my husband and I we finally got them to agree to cancel. Only to have them charge us for a service again. This is the most incompetent company with a junk product. Don't recommend and never using again.
