I had a similar experience as the review before. I have came to this one numerous times now and it's always the same. The employee is young, seems to be running behind with one or two customers and continues to screw up my order.
This has happened three times now with two different employees. I'm not going to name names however this location needs better training and better standards.
Let's put it this way, my last stop I ordered a Venti, even said "the biggest one you got!"
She handed me a tall and I said... "This is the biggest one you got?" She replied... "You said tall". (rolls eyes and gives up on this location) Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... Why am I here??
The time before that ordered a drink... She asked me what was in it. ITS ON THE MENU:.. My takeaway, they don't pay very well here and bank off mediocrity.
