Good food, although the sushi is variable.
Usually the sushi is good, but once in a while it is sloppily constructed and served warm. I have also had a couple of not-so-fresh sushi selections here. The other night I had Ikura that was a bit off.
Altogether though, a decent value and friendly staff.
Though friendly, the staff seems not really sure of how to provide a good experience. If I order soup, an appetizer and an entree, they all show up at once. Once you're done eating your food, you have to hunt them down for a check.
Also, it seems like every time I go there, someone is mopping the floor with stinky mop water. Not only does it smell bad, but cleaning the place when I'm still eating (yes, I go there late) tells me, "I wish you'd leave so I can go home." If that's how you feel, then close the place earlier.
