I have been here as a resident from the beginning, when Greystar constructed it and managed this property, that was about 4 years ago. Olympus purchased this property and has continuously downgraded the requirements to qualify, bringing undesirable tenants and guess of those tenants repeatedly to this property. Maintenance used to power wash the floors and courtyard areas-not any longer, windows have never been cleaned, minimal square footage for a premium price, no security cameras anywhere on the property, not enough parking for the residents or any guess, the gas grills elements deteriorated, if someone lives above you - you can hear every step of each person. Olympus Properties corporate office out of Ft Worth could care less about long term good tenants by charging them consistent increases on every renewal, while their advertising online shows less per month to pay for any newcomer. The corporate office would prefer an abundance of short term high paying tenants, than consistent long-term residents. The current manager Mirabelle is charming and very accommodating till you signup, then she is a corporate puppet on a string and is scared to death of the corporate office or of being replaced. She will not help you if you need her to ask the corporate office!! Be sure and read all 88 pages of Olympus's terms and conditions, because they own you and they will prosecute to the fullest extent. By the way your are in no way allowed to sue them. The corporate office will probably take my review down, but I'll try to go out of my way to post it everywhere else. You should continue searching for another place to reside than in an Olympus run property. You'll get more amenities, more square footage for at least $300 less per month. Sorry Cactus 42, you may look enticing, but you can't judge a book by it's cover!!
