Pros: Came out the same day and fixed my AC. GREAT! They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Cons: Not cheap. The guy was here for about an hour and replaced a $20 part (as seen on Amazon). My total bill was $185. Their bill read $29 for the visit and $155 for the part. I know the part cost them at most $20, so that comes out to about $136/hr labor + $29 for the drive out.
