There is a reason why this location has such bad reviews.
I reserved a car for that day. When I arrived, they said they didn't have the car and I would have to get a more expensive car.
The manager there, Zaquita or Aquita, or something like that was so rude. The nice gentleman that was trying to help me tried to start my policy while he was working on another one. I came up to the counter and "Aquita",so rudely, told me that he could not do two policies at once maam.
Then the nice gentleman said that he could get me a car.
I asked if I had to fill out any paperwork while I was waiting. The manager wanted to know why I thought she was rude. I'm sure her coworker can explain it to her.
Also, they are a big rip off. After, I left the store without a car. I went to Nu car rental. I got a Rent-A-Car for $68 for my three days. Hertz was going to charge me $200!!
