Im still a Sephora girl but sometimes you gotta branch out. The lady (I think her name was Kristina) really helped me a lot. Im very picky on make up so she really gave me her time to try things out. She was very patient and accommodating. However, after that experience the service of other Ulta team members was just meh. The cashiers were snobby and were totally unhappy looking. Specialy the guy. I heard him saying something about a sort of rewards card to the other customers but he didnt say anything to me. Do I look poor that day? Haha maybe. And I buy shizloads of make up mostly branded ones, so, fine by me if he didnt offer me anything. That just made me not want to come and buy stuffs there. But yeah this store is okay, just the service is inconsistent.
