Brought my car in today (Sunday) to Big O at Desert Foothills Pkwy for a slow leak on one of my tires, I was asked for my number to call me when it was ready for pick up. I never received a call and went to check on my car, it looked like it had been worked on but the shop was closed and my car was left in parking lot, unlocked. I can't believe they didn't at least lock it if they couldn't take the time to call me for pick up. Terrible customer service.
