Great experience with JPS, as they were also assigned to me by my home warranty company. I called to set an appointment, Amber was very professional, showed understanding to our situation and got someone out quickly. Even when we had to re-schedule because the water had to be turned off by the city, she quickly got someone out the next day.
That someone was SHAWN. He came out, on time, provided the diagnosis and of course some options. We were wanting a fix without a lot of extras as we are getting ready to sell the house. Shawn provided good instruction on what would work best for us, the house and the future. He is a great guy, good personality, efficient and very detailed. He even felt a little uncomfortable when I told him not to clean/vacuum up the drywall dust as the house was going to be cleaned anyways.
