Me and my gf went to Las Vegas recently and used the Gray Line from the airport to our hotel and vice versa. We prepaid for everything via credit card. The first driver we had was a pleasure to deal with but the driver we had going back to the airport was an absolute nightmare. We told him we prepaid for our shuttle but he still insisted to see our receipts. We called the shuttle service while on the shuttle and they told us to just tell him we were on the manifest. He still wouldn't accept that. He illegally held on to my driver's license while calling someone there. After he realized that I was on the phone with the shuttle company looking to complain about him, he finally let us go. We called to complain about this guy but we don't know what was done about it since they never got back to us even though they said they would. Las Vegas is a city that runs on tourism. The entire city revolves around the service industry. There is no reason whatsoever to tolerate an attitude like this anywhere but especially in Vegas. Avoid at all costs!
