I have taken our two jeeps to Hegg Jeep (the new exclusive Jeep location) three times and have had the best service from any dealership. I am the kind of person who expects to be called in a timely manner, treated honestly and fairly, and have quick easy access to scheduling. Abrian, Cody, and Shayne have been great. Abrian is easy to connect with. Being able to send a quick text message or request service is convenient. Cody is always happy to check for any codes the Jeep is displaying. As far as the sales department, all I can say is that they are super friendly, and led by a team who know jeeps. Jeremy at the parts counter is a hard working guy who does his best to find you what you need and follows through with what you've asked for. The fact that it's only been three times and so many of them have taken the time to say hi and get to know their customers shows me what kind of a unique dealership this is.
