I feel so lucky to have access to the beers Triptych produces. For such a small venue, they produce brews out of this world.
I've always loved their IPAs (the hop school varieties rock) but am becoming more and more impressed by their sours and stouts. Today I was able to try some of their beers left over from Festivus --- AJ's Stout (comparable IMO to Dark Lord or BCBS), Wine Barrel Aged TL;DR, and Virgil is Old (a strong ale). So good!
Triptych's footprint is expanding and I am excited to see what their future holds. My fiancé and I plan to incorporate Triptych into our wedding in March!
