Not good. Have had my car serviced here before and it was fine. Brought my car in today at 1:30pm. I asked how long the wait would be as there was only one car being serviced in front of me, and none others waiting. Was told "not long at all." Went in and had a seat and was told that someone would be out to talk to me in a minute. 30 minutes later still sitting there and my car was still sitting outside not even touched. I came out and said I'm just going to take my car and one of the employees said "oh I was just going to pull it in." Nope.
