This was my first time staying at this location. Our Airbnb rental was booked and we had to find a place to stay for one night. I did use my points for the free night and grateful for this because it was something like $304 for that night. Insane. Hotel rates in Phoenix in Feb and Mar are outrageous.
The room was clean and equipped with a mini fridge. I love the modern decor but that's pretty standard with Hyatt Place properties. The customer service was awesome and they have a free breakfast in the morning. Nice crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, waffle maker, french toast, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit and more. A little something for everyone.
Plenty of parking spaces in front and in the back of the building.
