We used their services after just purchasing a new home. They were very friendly and timely. The previous home owner did not take great care of the carpets and there were quite a few stains going into it. Barely any of the stains came out after our cleaning, which I was informed of, and the carpeting style was mentioned to be hard to clean. At the start of the appt, I made it known we had cats. At one point I came back into the home and realized our front door had been wide open for the tubing to run through. I couldn't find the cats and went into panic mode. I would've gladly put them in a bathroom in advance, had I known this. I did finally find them and was able to close them off. I only feel like our carpeting got slightly cleaner than before we started. After the carpet cleaning, I was still able to suck up so much debris out of the carpets.
