If I am going to spend thousands of dollars in your store, do not treat me like a second rate citizen!
Visited this location over the weekend, and the sales people and security guards were so snooty and rude! The only person that was nice and friendly was the Asian sales lady. Were we dressed like millionaires? No. Were we laughing and having fun? Yes. The security guard that looks like Chuy Bravo from Chelsea Handler kept following us around every time we got close to anything. At one point, one of our party said "don't worry, we're not going to steal anything" (FYI- she did end up
buying a $1200 wallet. If it was me, I would have brought my business elsewhere). While we were trying on bags, we were laughing and having a good time. Shopping for $5000 purses should be fun and you want people to enjoy themselves! "Chuy" had the nerve to say to us "there are other customers in the store" with his look of disgust and disdain. I will NEVER spend my money in this location. There are other Chanel stores in Vegas. Take your business elsewhere. RUDE!
