Went to Firefly yesterday to celebrate.
The food were delicious but the service was not great. The lady that served us brought us the wrong order, twice. When we told her we didn't order the first one, she gave us an attitude and insisted that we did order it. We originally ordered stuffed mushrooms but changed our order to mushroom tart when she told us that the dish I wanted on the picture was actually the mushroom tart- not the stuffed mushrooms. We ended up with two mushroom dishes. The stuffed mushroom was mediocre but the mushroom tart was superb! I didn't want to make a big deal out of it (although my boyfriend was a little frustrated.)
Later on, she gave us the wrong order... again. We ordered baked tetilla and got something completely different (I don't remember the name). We couldn't eat because it was too spicy and frankly, it didn't taste good. My boyfriend was very upset. We ended up paying for food we didn't want and can't even eat because our waitress was not paying attention. She should start writing down the orders and repeating them back to customers to avoid messing up orders in the future. She caused us money that we did not want to spend.
The garlic bread was chewy, but everything else was great! The baked scallops were delicious. The petite filet was juicy and cooked perfectly (medium rare.) The red sangria and the pina colada were both awsome!
If it wasn't for the messed up orders, I would give this place 5 stars.
