I got engaged in Jan 2015 and we are getting married in Oct. I started trying on and looking for dresses in March due to my busy schedule. I went to Celebrations 3 times with no luck. I went around town and and tried on other dress from other places. I went back to Celebrations last week and I said YES to THE DRESS! I tried on a handful of dresses and had to choose from several. I knew if I came back that they may have just the right dress for me. Another customer tried on the same dress that I was deciding on and when I saw it on her, I just saw the beauty of the dress. I tried it on again and I knew it was it. The problem was it was final sale and there was only two sizes. I first dress I tried on was the size 10 and the other customer tried that on too. When I told her it was a pretty dress, she decided to get it. The other size was a 6. So, I tried that on and the bust was way too small for my boobs but the seamstress said they can make a corset. I purchased the size 6 and the other customer was taking in her size 10 because it was too big for. I really wish this customer just took the 6 because she is a lot skinner and the 10 would have been right for me. Less alterations for both of us. I was hoping that someone could have talked to this customer and had her try the 6. I'm hoping all works out and that my dress is perfect. The alterations are $200 but I'm being charged another additional $40 to take the dress out. Hence my 4 stars for the added charge and for someone not talking to the other customer to swap dresses. Michelle helped me and I really don't remember all the other girls that helped me before but Michelle was truly the best. Ask for Michelle and tell her what you are looking for and she really will help you! My dress was final sale and not my size but they assured me that the alterations will work. I trust them and I am just so happy I found my dress. If the owners are reading this, please know you have a great asset....Michelle is really awesome! I'm also looking at the other reviews mentioning her and it's because she's patient and truly helpful!
